Welcome to Our Practice
We are a team of experienced, highly qualified medical providers. It is our goal to provide you with the best knowledgeable medical care possible. We remain current in continuing our education to make sure we service you with the latest and best medical care.
Mission Statement
Physicians Center, P.A., serves the community providing primary medical care in family medicine. Emphasis is placed not only on minor emergencies but also on comprehensive medical care.
As family physicians, we use our fundamental knowledge of pediatric and adult medicine to accommodate any of our patients needs. Occupational, sports and preventative medicine are specific areas of interest and development.

Richard C. Male, Jr.,DO
Dr. Male received a BS in Biology from Texas Tech, his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas Health Science Center - Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, and did his Residency in Family Practice at Memorial Medical Center in Corpus Christi.
Michael Turner PA-C
Michael Turner received his Associates of Art degree as an EMT from the Community College of the Air Force in 1982, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Troy State University in Montgomery, Alabama. Attending the Air Force Physician Assistant Program, he graduated in 1984 with a BS as a Physician Assistant from the University of Oklahoma.
Felicia Male, PA-C
Felicia Male graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a B.S. Nutrition and from Western University of Health Sciences with a M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies. Felicia is a Board Certified Physician Assistant and member of AAPC & NCCPA. She is a happily married 6th generation Texan born in Arlington, Texas and her hobbies include family, yoga, and dance.

Please call our office to schedule your appointment. Our scheduler will give you the next available time. You may also be asked as to why you are coming in we only need a brief reason to make sure we allow the right amount of time for your appointment. All appointments are scheduled with your preferred provider, unless he/she is unavailable then we will ask that you see one of our other providers. Walk-ins are welcome, however, appointments are seen first unless its an emergency. Our goal is for you to...

Registration Form - basic patient information, responsible party and emergency contact.
Chart/Contact Authorization Form - authorizes who can attend your exams or receive information.
Medical History Form - patient medical history, family and medication history.
Patient Consent Form - authorization to release info and leave messages with family members.
Privacy Practices Acknowledgement Form - acknowledges receipt of our privacy notice.
Notice of Privacy Practices - describes how medical information may be used and disclosed.
Information Release Form - detailed authorization to release information to 3rd parties.
Patient Info
Nights/After Hours
If you have an emergency after our clinic is closed, please report to the nearest emergency room. A doctor can be reached by calling their cell phone: (512) 818-3962 and someone will return your call. All minor problems and/or refills on medications should be addressed during clinic hours
Medication Refills
All medication refills should be handled during office hours. Some medications require that you see a doctor. Please allow 24 hours for refill request.
Labs
Test results will be mailed to you or discussed with you at your next appointment. An additional bill from the laboratory may apply – this will be handled directly through them.
Messages/Calls
All phone calls will be returned within 24 hours. Please leave an accurate phone number and detailed message with our front office. All calls require us to pull your medical chart in order to properly help you. We then forward the information to your provider for the proper treatment advice. If it is an emergency, please indicate this right away.
Charges/Billing
All charges are payable at the time of service. If you have insurance, we are contracted by your insurance company to collect your co-payment at the time of service. For covered services, we will bill your insurance company, however all the accounts must be paid within 60 days.
